Installation instructions:

1、 Desktop installation

a. Place the bottom of the switch facing up on a sufficiently large and stable desktop.

b. Remove the adhesive paper on the surface of the randomly attached foot pad and stick the foot pad into the groove at the bottom of the switch casing to prevent external vibration.

c. Carefully place the switch upright on the workbench.

2、 Rack mounted

a. Check the grounding and stability of the EIA-19INCH cabinet;

b. Fix the installation ears on both sides of the front panel of the switch with screws, place the switch on a bracket in the cabinet, and move the switch to the appropriate position along the cabinet guide slot;

c. Fix the installation ears on the fixing slots at both ends of the cabinet with screws to ensure that the switch is stably installed on the bracket in the cabinet slot. The hanging ear of the equipment is not used for load-bearing, it only serves as a fixing function;

d. When installing equipment in a cabinet, there should be a bracket (fixed to the cabinet) at the bottom of the equipment chassis to support the equipment.
