2. The goods are sealed before they are shipped. We cannot inspect them before shipping. After receiving the goods, please record the unboxing video. Start recording from the time you open the express carton until you open the packaging bag and inspect it. The order number in the video needs to be clear. Note: Whether you are dealing with after-sales or express delivery claims, you need to provide a complete unboxing video. If there is no video material, we will reject the after-sales service.
