Shipping:

Free Postage Products normally will be sent by China Post. Normally it will take 15-25 working days after being posted by air mail. Sometimes it will be delayed because of customs or weather problem, and probably extend to 30-45days in different cases.

Shipment:

After completing your payment, your order will be processed within 7 business days. We will send your parcel to China Post within 7 business days. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.

Returns:

We are trying our best to satisfy our customers. If you are not satisfied with the products you received, please send it back within 15 days with pre-paid freight for the parcel in your end. Meanwhile please ensure the items are in the original conditions. Any damage or loss for the returned goods, the buyer will take the responsibility without refund. It is buyer’s responsibility to claim from the logistic company for the damage or loss during the long journey transportation.
