The power unit, main parts of transmission system, slewing mechanism, auxiliary equipment and cab of the commonly used full rotary hydraulic excavator are all installed on the slewing platform, which is usually called the upper turntable. Therefore, the single bucket hydraulic excavator can be divided into three parts: working device, upper turntable and walking mechanism. The transmission system of the single bucket hydraulic excavator transfers the output power of the diesel engine to the working device, the turning device, the walking mechanism, etc. There are many types of hydraulic transmission system used in single bucket hydraulic excavator, which are used to be classified according to the number of main pumps, the adjustment mode of power and the number of circuits. There are six kinds of quantitative systems, including single pump or double pump single circuit quantitative system, double pump double circuit quantitative system, multi pump multi circuit quantitative system, dual pump double circuit partial power regulating variable system, dual pump double circuit full power regulating variable system, multi pump multi circuit quantitative or variable mixed system. According to the way of oil circulation, it can be divided into open system and closed system. According to the way of oil supply, it can be divided into series system and parallel system.
