Returns and Refund Policy
Pet Video Verify Supplies accepts order cancellations or modifications; however, we cannot guarantee that we can provide a cancellation or modification. Customers can email support@petvideoverify.com to request a cancellation or modification to an order.

 

For Defective Products:

 For a product that is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we work with the supplier to correct the situation with the order.  The customer should email support@petvideoverify.com to start this process.

 

For “Customer Remorse”:

 When you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item:

To return the item, package the item up in a shipping worthy box. Send a email to support@petvideoverify.com with the Order Number, the reason for return, and the tracking number.

 

The customer is responsible to pay all shipping costs when returning the item.

 

The customer has 15 days from when the item is received to return the item by shipping the item to the provided return address in this policy. If an item is not returned within 15 days, no refund will be given.

 

When we receive the item within the 15 days return limit, we will inspect the item to make sure it is in near new or new condition. If the item is not in near new or new condition, no refund will be given. Please allow 1 to 3 days for us to inspect the item.

 

We do not charge a restocking fee when an item is returned in near new or new condition.

 

Once the item is confirmed to be in near new or new condition, we will start the refund process. The refund will take around 3 to 5 days to show up as a refund through the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.

 

We do not refund the original shipping costs, if there was one, when the order was shipped to the customer.
