Precautions before use:
1. Tighten the screw at the bottom of the silver handle in the direction of the handle.

2. Loosen the hexagonal screw on the reverse side of the red (too tight hexagonal screw will cause the product to fail to rotate, so that it cannot advance or retreat, and change the size of the cutting position).

3. Finally put the filter on the cutting machine, adjust the size you need for cutting.
