Purchase requirements

1. The phones sold in our store offer a one-year warranty for motherboard quality, except for human damage. When you receive the package, please test your phone's functionality as soon as possible. If there are any issues, please do not remove our warranty label and provide a video that clearly shows the IMEI number. Please contact us as soon as possible. If the label is torn off, we will not accept any complaints or disputes.

2. The appearance of a second-hand phone looks like new, without scratches. The battery life is 85% -99% lower than the official standard, even if not 100%, the battery has a long durability.

3. The included charger and PD charging cable are not original, but after professional testing and certification, you can use them with confidence. We do not accept disputes and compensation for non original parts!

4. Each mobile phone undergoes testing by professional technicians before sending, and its appearance and function are all normal. It is labeled with a warranty label, and we offer a 15 day unconditional return service and a Chinese warranty.

5. Used or refurbished phones DO NOT support waterproof. Any dispute due to thewaterproof function testing will be considered as man-made problem, and we do not acceptany dispute or any refund due to this kind of situation.
