Because the Electric Scooter includes huge capacity battery, the shipping is not like the non-battery product.
Firstly, we always need to send the goods to our freight forwarder warehouse by express, and then they arrange international transportation (air, rail or sea) in a reasonable wayDelivery to EU & UK We have 3 shipping mode:
A) Shipping from our warehouse in Poland;
B) by train (it would take about 45-50 days to delivery, after we sent it out);
C) by air (it would take about 15-20 working days to delivery, after we sent it out).
If you are not in a hurry to get the goods, we suggest you to choose shipping by train, which will only take about 15 days longer than by air, but we can offer you a discount.

-We will provide 6 months-2 years warranty, but other spare partsare not covered by the warranty.
