Please read the following before use our this Wifi Car Dvr.

1. Please must use our Original Cable, connect with Car Interface,support power for Dvr work.
2. Please input TF Card in Dvr, then Dvr will turn on WIFI automatically, smart phone can connect with Dvr wifi,and the WIFI Pass word is "88888888".Please don't change the car dvrs' Wifi Name and password".
3.The sd card must 100% original Class 10 TF Card, and above 16GB.
4.The Memory Card will be write Full,(when All Videos Are Locked,Can't Overwrite Automatically), So please don't forget format The Memory Card 3 weeks/time.

ACC Cable connection:Please check this picture below carefully and make sure you have know clear each cable's function and how to connnect them.

1. Before installation
First test:the red and yellow wire harnesses of the recorder are connected to the positive electrode of an Power simulator "+",the black wire is connected to the negative electrode of an Power simulator"-",the indicator light of the recorder lights up, and the test is completed!
2. Installation
The red wire is connected to ACC, the yellow wire is connected to Constant electricity, the black wire is connected to Ground, You need an electric pen to measure ACC and constant electricity.
(1)Turn on the engine---The indicator light of the electric pen is on, Turn off the engine---The indicator light of the electric pen is off. it is ACC.
(2) Turn on the engine---The indicator light of the electric pen is on, Turn off the engine---The indicator light of the electric pen is on. it is constant electricity.
3. After installation
The memory card needs to be formatted before use, and it must be turned off before removing the card each time (the indicator is off when the indicator is off).

Our ACC cable is 2.6 meter long, enough for most of cars .

If your fuse box is in the trunk of the car, you need to order a 4.2-meter cable separately, please inform the customer service in advance, and the customer service will send the link for 4.2-meter cable to you.You need cut the fuses to use your car fuses for some cars.

The installation method depends on the vehicle model,and some vehicle models may be different,but they are roughly the same.

Rear Camera Installation

1.Fix it on backside winshield
2.Or,install it on car license plate

Parking Monitoring

If you need parking monitoring,please select the car dvr with park mode.
Then you can open the parking setting in APP.
Regarding the car dvr cable, as of 2020, we have made four kinds of car dvr cable: ACC cable,OBD cable,USB cable(just use in 5V chip),Easy cable (just fit 10% Car .)
ACC cable connect to the car fuse box.
OBD cable connect to the car OBD2 interface.
USB cable connect to the car roof REC USB interface.
Easy cable connect to the car rain sensor/Reading Light/Anti-glare/Sunroof interface.
If these cable are plugged into the interface not have the "constant electricity",it can't remember the date and time. And it can't support park mode.
If these cable are plugged into the interface all "constant electricity",the park mode can't closed.
If the voltage is lower than 11.6V-11.8V for a long time.To protect car batteries.Otherwise, the car dvr will automatically shut down in parking mode.

Loop Recording

Automatic seamless video recording in loop to use the storage efficiently, with the earliest unlocked video clips being overwritten when reaching the storage card's maximal capacity. The dvr has loop recording function,but please follow below tips:

1).please enter into Menu and find cycle recording, if you don't find this clycle recording,generally defaults to 1 minute and can't be modified.So you don't need worried it.Our any car dvr havecycle recording function.then the card will be overwriting automatically when it is full.
2).please make sure the card is real class10 TF card.and 16g or 32g is better.
3).please format the SD card and turn off G-sensor and parking monitor,motion detection function,because if you turn on them,this video will be lock,this video files are protected.So these video can't be overwriting.
4).When Memory Card Full,(If All Videos Are Locked,the sd card can't Overwrite Automatically), So please format the memory card every 3 weeks for the car recorder to work better.

Gravity Sensor

When a car experiences a severe collision and the car recorder is recording, it will quickly auto locks the event videos. Lock the important video ,avoid to overwrite.

Q&A

Problem 1:
Apple iphone connection failed
Solution:
1.First, turn off the Cellular Data of the phone settings, and then connect to WiFi.
2. If the phone is connected to the car's CarPlay, you need to turn off the Bluetooth, and then connect the camera WiFi.
3. Check whether the album and network permissions of the App have been opened. (*Album permission is only used to save videos and pictures recorded by the camera into the phone album).

Problem 2:
Android phone connection failure
Solution:
1.After connecting to the camera WiFi, your phone may prompt that you can't access the Internet, please click "Keep Wlan Connection".
2.Close Mobile Data first and then connect to WiFi.

Problem 3:
App cannot save settings (default settings are restored after reboot)
Solution:
After setting the App, please press and hold the power button of the camera to turn off the camera, then press the power button briefly to turn on the camera.

Problem 4:
APP video file is empty, no video is loaded.
Solution:
1.Please open the App settings to format the memory card and then record the video.
2.If the App album still has no video, please insert the memory card into a computer, check whether the memory card is damaged, or not compatible with the camera, if so you need to replace the memory card.
3.It is recommended to use Class10 specification Kingston/SanDisk/Samsung memory cards of 32GB or 64GB capacity. (Maximum size supported is 128GB).

Problem 5:
Why doesn't my computer play the videos? Or why is the playback video not smooth?
Solution:
1.We recommend the use of PotPlayer and KMplayer players.
2.If the computer configuration is too low, it may cause the playback to not be smooth, especially for 4K resolution videos.

Problem 6:
Why can't you connect 2 phones at the same time?
Solution:
WiFi only supports connecting one phone at the same time; if another phone needs to be connected, you must first disconnect the WiFi of the first phone.

Problem 7:
Why is the timestamp of the video wrong, or there is no recorded video during some time periods, or there is video when the phone is connected, but no video when the phone is not connected?
Solution:
Please check if the timestamp error is caused by a complete power failure of the camera. After car repair, maintenance or battery replacement, you need to reconnect the camera's WiFi with your phone to synchronize the camera's time with your phone's time. Please regularly check that the camera is working properly.

Problem 8:
What should I do if I forget the WiFi name or password?
Solution:
Press and hold the camera key for 20 seconds, or use a paperclip to press the reset button.
You also can contact with our contact customer service,let them send your chip and lens software to you.

Problem 9:
Do I need to connect the camera WiFi and open the App every time I drive?
Solution:
No need, the camera is automatically turned on and off. The camera will automatically turn on when the car is on and turn off when the car is off.

Problem 10:
What should I do if I can't find the WiFi?
Solution:
1.First, remove the memory card and then search for WiFi, because memory card failure will cause the camera to have no WiFi.
2.Press and hold the camera button for 20 seconds, or use a paper clip to press the reset button. Restore factory settings.
3. Check whether the camera's light is always on. If there is no light, it means there is no power supply, then there will be no WiFi.
4.In parking mode,the WiFi can't be find.

The single front camera version have 1K/2K/4K chip. The front and rear dual camera versions have 2K/4K chip with 1080P rear lens.All rear cameras in our store are 1080P resolution.

If you already have our single front camera version installed, you cannot add our rear camera. If you buy the front and rear dual camera version, you can install the front camera and not the rear camera.
Each dash camera is equipped with ACC cable to connect the front camera by default, because the ACC cable connect to fuse box,so it can use in any cars.
Because the easy cable just support 10% car,and more buyers want to try it,so we also will free add a easy cable in all buyers' package,if the easy cable can't fit,you just can use ACC cable.If you not want to try it,you can tell us,we will not add it in your package,just will send a ACC cable to you.
