Product disassembly process

Note: all disassembly process should be power off and the original vehicle protection measures, to avoid damage to the original vehicle parts.

1. Volkswagen Touareg host center control effect picture (Fig. 1-1), remove the triangular cover panel above the screen (Fig.1-2), remove the two screws above the host (Fig.1-3)

2. Lift the host of the original vehicle with a cutter (Fig. 2-1), remove the four screws behind the display screen with a hexagon screw driver (Fig. 2-2), and disassemble the display screen (Fig. 2-3)

3. Remove the bracket on the display screen and the display host (Fig. 3-1), tear off the double-sided adhesive tape on the back of the added display screen, stick it on the original display screen (Fig. 3-2), and fix the cable and seat of the added board (Fig. 3-3)

4. Cover the anti short circuit sticker (Fig. 4-1), take the power line and LVDS line out from the back cover of the display screen (Fig. 4-2), install the back cover, take the line out from the top of the power plug of the host (Fig. 4-3), and install the original host (Fig. 4-4). Check whether the cable is fixed and firmly contacted.
