Cautions during operation
(1)	Overload is forbidden.
(2)	Input speed can not exceed the proper max. Speed.
(3)	Please stop and check the reducer if there are the following occurs: 1) Temperature rise suddenly 2) Abnormal big noise of a sudden 3) Speed became unstable suddenly
(4)	Please change the motor shaft direction after stopping the motor.

2)If the Reducer connects with or inserts into a unit when we dismount or mount on the unit and other extra action, there will be a cost. ( this is not contained in the warranty)

A: Sure, we have the standard drawings. Also, the input size of the gearbox can be customized according to different motors.

A: Yes, we would like to design products individually for our customers, but it may need some mold development costs and design charges.

Q: What's your lead time?

A: Generally speaking, we keep many stocks of regular standard products, if shortage of stocks, it will need 15-20 days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time, it will depend on the specific orders.
