1.What is the package include?

The product is packaged with a white box,it includes one camera, one car charger, One 3.5m charger cable,one replacement 3M sticker,one Plastic crowbar and User Manual.

2.What is the video spec?

DDPAI smart dash cam supports recording videos of 1080P and 720P you can adjust it by DDPAI APP, i.e. the dimension of the video is 1920*1080 pixels.Every second the dash cam records 30 frames, i.e. 30FPS.

3.What memory card does DDPAI support?

1) We recommend Samsung and Kingston class 10 ( UHS-1 ) or above, and not recommend SanDisk series because of its comparatively poor compatibility;
2) 1-32GB TF card can be directly used by the camera; 64GB-128GB TF card needs to be beforehand formatted via DDPai APP---ME---Settings---Camera Settings---Camera Storage Management---Format.

4.Do I need manually turn on and off the dash cam?

After the dash cam is connected to the cigarette lighter receptacle in the car, you do not need to manually turn on or turn off it. Every time when the car is started (ie, the cigarette lighter port is powered on), the dash cam automatically boots up. The dash cam will turn off automatically when the vehicle is turned off (ie, the cigarette lighter port is powered off).
Some vehicle's cigarette lighter keeps being powered on even when the vehicle has been turned off, in this situation, you need to manually turn off the dash cam. And the next time you start the vehicle, you need to manually turn on the dash cam.

5.How to know the running status of the dash cam?

Check the status indicator on the side of the dash cam. If the indicator is red flashing light, the dash cam is recording normally; if the indicator turns to blue light, it means that the camera enter parking monitoring.

6.What is emergency video?

When the G-sensor is turned on and a motion or impact is detected, the dash cam will lock this related video. These recordings (maximal 5 clip) will not be replaced by the newest loop recording.

7.What is Parking Mode?

When the Dash Cam goes into standby for longer than 15 minutes, the DDPAI Dash Cam will go into Parking Mode, in this mode, you can select normal recording (30 frames per second) or time-lapse recording (1 frame per second).

8.Does DDPAI Dashcam uses battery?

No, this Dash Cam comes with a capacitor.

9.Does DDPAI support firmware update?

Yes you can update the firmware of your DDPAI smart dash cam. Download the update package by the DDPAI App, and push it to the dash cam by Wi-Fi connecting. Next time when the dash cam boots up, it start to update automatically.

10. Why does it show that cannot connect to the Internet even if I use the DDPAI WIFI?

The DDPAI Camera free Wi-Fi can only be used for DDPAI APP and you can not use the Wi-Fi for other APPs.
