Explanation of testing steps and results [sample processing]

Whole blood:

Collect whole blood using a syringe, introduce it into a centrifuge tube, and use a dropper to drop 2 drops into a diluent bottle. Shake well and immediately test.

Serum:

Collect whole blood using a syringe, introduce it into a centrifuge tube, let it stand for two hours, and naturally precipitate serum. (Centrifuge can also be set at 4000 rpm for 15 minutes to separate serum). Shake 2 drops with a dropper into a diluent bottle and immediately test. Serum samples can be stored at 2-8C in the short term, but must be stored at 20 ° C for the long term.

[Detection steps]

Remove the reagent card from the aluminum foil bag.

Place it flat on a horizontal workbench and mark the sample.

Use a pipette to take an appropriate amount of sample and drop it 2:3 times into the sample S-well.

Determine the results within 5-10 minutes under room temperature conditions.

Precautions:

1. The test card should be used once at room temperature, and should not be reused or expired. 2. Before use, the reagents and samples to be tested should be restored to room temperature. After the test card is unsealed, please use it as soon as possible. 3. Water or other liquids cannot be used as negative controls for testing.
