Instructions

· The length of the shaft can be adjusted between 12.9 inches and 32.9 inches.

· The length of the mixer shaft, the number of expansion blades and the position of the expansion blades on the shaft can all be adjusted to suit drums of different heights.

· The mixer can be installed in a variety of ways to suit different drum shapes.

· The motor is equipped with high wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant blades, which can run at high speed without damage, which is more than 3 times the life of ordinary blades.

· Reinforcement pins are installed at all connection positions, and the expansion blades and shaft will never fall off.

· The motor housing is stainless steel instead of carbon steel, which maintains a smooth inner wall for extended blade life. The inner wall of the carbon steel shell is easy to rust, which causes serious wear to the blade during the operation of the blade.

· Mixer can be selected to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.

· Expansion blades and shaft are stainless steel.

· The air control valve can control the rotation speed of the mixer. The air control valve has a grease fitting, and the grease can be blown into the mixer with the compressed air, which makes the maintenance of the mixer more convenient. There are 2 NPT1/8 and 1 NPT1/4 thread on the air inlet of the air control valve, and you can choose one of them to connect to the compressed air.
