Q1: How to store the N2000?

A: Before storing N2000, please turn off the product first, and then store it in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature. Do not place it near a wet environment. For long-term storage, it is recommended to charge once 3 months to extend its battery life.

Q2: Scratches and marks on the screen, is this portable power station used?

A: The scratches and marks are the protective film on the screen, which can protect the screen from being scratched during transportation, you can tear off this protective film and you won't see the scratches.

Q3: What kind of solar panel should I choose?

A: The total load voltage should be between 33~60V and equipped with the MC4 connector.

Q4: I hear the fan noise of this product when using the AC output, is this a malfunction?

A: No, this is not a malfunction. With the sound of the fan running, heat is expelled from the inside of the product.
