It consumes the notebook computer resource a lot when you play the video on the external monitor with a configured resolution of 3840x2160 pixels (30Hz). For smooth video playback, refer to the recommended system requirements at “System requirement” on the User Guide. The video with a frame rate faster than 24 fps may not be able to be played smoothly. You can downgrade the resolution of your external monitor to achieve better perfoMonMonitor

Return and Warranty

The returned items must be in original condition, and return shipping fee should be at buyer's cost. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
