Jacketed glass reactor is made of High borosilicate GG3.3(pyrex or quartz glassware) with excellent Anti-corrosion Acid character and transparent and clean characters and widely used in laboratory, biochemicals, pharmaceutical and all kinds of industries . Glass offers complete protection against strong acids preventing wear and tear in the long run.

 With the motor help, Jacketed glass reactor with PTFE Stirring paddle to stir material and also with one jacket and you can inlet heating cooling liquid to transfer into this jacket and this transferring liquid will heat or chilling the inside material to fulfill the chemical reaction completely

It can stir and react under the natural pressure or negative pressure in the sealed reactor and The stirring and reflowing of the reacted solution is controlled. The material can be emptied from the outlet valve at the bottom of the reactor after reacting. It is easy to operate. How to work

1.Through Interlayer of double lined glass reactor, Inject material or Liquid with thermally dissolved or cooling into Glass reaction vessel.

2. Connect External Heating or cooling Equipment with Double Lined glass reactor 

3. Stir material or liquid at constant speed heated by Agitator . 

4. It can stir and react under the natural pressure or negative pressure in the sealed reactor
