1.Warm Prompt

Due to various factors (Different time zone, Holidays, Working meeting), we may temporarily not on-line. You can send us a message or an e-mail, and we will reply you in the shortest possible time.

2.About the Shipping

We arrange the delivery according to the buyer's purchase time. Usually your package will be shipped within 48 hours after the payment is successful.

We use AliExpress's official logistics-AliExpress Standard Shipping for transportation by default. Logistics information will be updated in 2-3 days. The delivery time depends on the destination country and other factors, the time which given by the platform is for reference only. If you do not receive the goods after the end of the protection period, you can open the dispute and request a refund.

3.Return & Refund

If there are any problems with our items ( Product defects, Item is not as description, Damage during delivery etc.), please contact our service before returning or claim a refund. We will do our best to work it out.

All items must be returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION, otherwise we will refuse the refund.

The return fee (Shipping fee, Customs fees at the time of return) is supposed be burdened by the buyer.
