1. In this link, the batteries have two different length. One is 390mm(15.35Inches) long and other one is 458mm(18Inches) long.
When buy a new replacement battery pack, firstly must make sure the battery length is the same. If lenght is different, then they won't match your ebike. And if want to get higher capacity by new bigger case,sometimes need check if battery case heigth is workable to install for your ebike, Because some bikes frame is lower, when install taller battery, there is no enough up space.

2. Output connector for all these batteries only fit 2pins male connector in ebike frame as showed in below picture. Please pay attention, some ebike batteries come with a 6Pins connector, you can check the male connector on your ebike. If need 6pins, please leave message after an order.
Charge connector is 2.1mm DC model.

1. How to choose replacement battery?
When choose new battery to replace old battery pack.
Fistly should make sure if the new battery pack size is suitable for ebike.
Second, usually the battery voltage must be the same if you're not sure whether the motor has wider working voltage. For example, old battery pack is 36V, then new battery pack should be the same, can not be 48V or 52V.
Third, If your old battery pack is 10.4ah, and the baterybox size is the same or bigger and workable, then you can choose higher capacity like 12ah 14ah or more to reach longer distance

2.Which kind of cells are built in battery pack?
Most of our battery packs are made up of authentic Grade A 18650 battery cells from Korea or Japan, and some use our brand cells. We also use our Chinese powerful cells in some battery packs. In every product link description, you can check which cells are built in the battery pack you are intereted

3.What is aBMS?
Battery management system is the the circuit board that protect your battery pack and make sure it is safely.
