Purchase Tips
1. Laptop system language.
The original language system of the laptop is Windows 10/11 Home Chinese. It will be changed to English win10/11 system before shipment (Russian orders are changed to Russian win10/11 system by default,), please contact customer service to confirm special language requirements.
2.Office.
Please note: Only the Chinese version of the system is pre-installed with Microsoft Office Home Edition and Student Edition, other language versions of the system do not install Office, I can provide a link to download WPS Office free of charge, please contact me if you need!
3. Keyboard.
All laptops have English keyboards, we provide free keyboard stickers in different languages, please leave a message with the language of the sticker.
4. Adapter.
Please choose the adapter version and leave a message to inform customer service.
5. Choose the right model.
Laptops have a variety of parameter configurations. Please read the relevant configuration parameters carefully before placing an order. The official factory standard configuration is generally 16+512, in order to meet the needs of more customers, we provide a variety of customized version of the configuration of the disassembled replacement parts (such as 16+1T,16+2T,32+1T,32+2T, etc.). We don't accept any kind of return or refund for configuration error due to personal reasons.
6. Logistics.
For Russian orders, we use CDEK method to ship (customers do not need to pay tax), the time to arrive in Russia is 25-45 days; you can check the specific logistics information after arriving in Moscow, Russia. For other countries such as the European Union and North America, we will choose DHL UPS FED and other logistics methods.
7. After-sales service.
Before shipment, we will open the box to activate the Chinese system and check the basic condition of the computer (excluding professional screen inspection). Laptops are high-value products, due to the long distance, we do not support returns and exchanges; if you have quality problems, please contact us in time, we will respond quickly.
8.Tax.
After the goods arrive at the country where the receiving address is located, the courier company will contact you to pay the required tariffs, and the parcel can continue to be delivered to the domestic address after payment, due to the different tax policies of different countries, the required taxes and fees are not the same. If the goods are damaged or returned due to the refusal to pay the customs duty or refuse to accept the parcel, the loss should be borne by you.
