3. The miner required input voltage is 220V. Wrong input voltage may make miner damaged. Power cable will not come with miner.

4. Delivery & Duty：

For Russia/ Kazakhstan/ Kyrgyzstan/ Belarus Order:

We pay all the Freight & Taxes feeand handle all Custom clearance issues. Package will be delivered via Air in about 16~25 days.

For Europe/South America/Asia/Middle east Order:

All the goods will be ship by express such as DHL/UPS/FEDEX/TNT, package will be delivered in about 7~12days.Buyer will handle the Custom clearance issues and pay for taxes fee.

5. After-service:

1). About the Used miner:

Before shipment of each used miner, hashrate can be ranged±10%. it will be strictly tested by professionals to ensure the hash rate of theminer and provide customers with test video/pictures and status page.We will provide free repair service within 60 days after delivery and the round-trip freight shall be borne by the customer. In addition, we do not rule out providing daily use problem solving or other relative services in a reasonable range.

2). About the Brand new miner:

All new miners have after-service which provided by the original manufacturer. Please read the user manual and contact the after-service center if need.
