Turn on 24-hour step counting; 100 notifications received daily, 3 alarms per day；Wrist raised to engage screen 400 times daily; 4 call notifications daily, and 30 minutes Bluetooth calls a week. Outdoor exercise (with satellite positioning on) exercise 90 minutes a week.
