FAQ

How to use GameSir VX2 on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S?

1. If you are using the new Xbox Series X/S console and old Xbox One controller, you only need to pair the old Xbox One controller and Xbox Series X/S console, and connect to GameSir VX2 after pairing is successful.

2. If you are using the new Xbox Series X/S console and controller, you need to update the firmware of the GameSir VX2 dongle on your Windows 10 PC. Here is the tutorial link:
