How long will it take to get my order?
The typical time to receive an item is around 15 days from order date. The shipping time depends on where our supplier is locate on that particular product and where you live at. Pet Video Verify Supplies and its suppliers makes every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

How do I cancel/modify an order?
Pet Video Verify Supplies will make every effort to cancel or modify an order but we cannot guarantee this can be done. To make this request, please email suppport@petvideoverify.com
How do I track my order?
After you place your order, we will email you the tracking number after the item ships. If you do not recieve this email, please check your Junk Mail Folder. If you have checked your email and Junk Folder, and still dont have the tracking email, you can email support@petvideoverify.com and we will help you.
