First, If you are not IT expert or unfamiliar with pc installation, please buy bundle with ram at least. If buy bundle no ram, please use DDR3L-1600 low voltage 1.35V Non-ECC SO-DIMM Ram. This PC DO NOT support DDR3 1.5V Ram.
Second, This pc is also incompatible with some 1.35V ram model . Seller is irresponsible and makes no compensation for buyer's own ram.
