How to use:
1. Put the "Mouth Piece" in your mouth, inhale slowly, allowing the ball to rise.
2. Try sucking longer gas, allowing the ball to rise and try to keep the sphere's scale up for 2-3 seconds
3. Release the "Mouth Piece" slowly and adjust the breath after taking a deep breath. 10-15 times each group.
