1. Dirty: Finished product surface is bright, do not allow dirt on the surface, such as: footprints,
ballpoint pen lines, dust, glue marks, etc.
 
2. deformation: deviate from the original shape and size. The difference between the deviations is
less than 1cm.
 
3. burrs: the highest and lowest positions in cutting should not exceed 1.5mm in 30cm.
 
4. scratch: the surface of the finished product should not be scratched.
 
5. warpage: the horizontal or vertical deviation between the front and rear parts of
the product is not greater than 5cm within 3 meters.
 
6. the interface and seal are uneven: the 90cm2 prominence and normal vertical height
are not higher than 0.5cm.
 
7. wrinkle: the difference between 1 meters is controlled in 0.5cm.
 
8. screen printing: the printing is clear and the edges are not blurred.
 
9. splice position: the difference of splicing edge is controlled at 1.0mm outside 1.2mm of wheel rim.
 
10. color: the difference of color of the same color material is not obvious difference at 2 meters.
 
11. rubber edge protrusion: the right and left position of splicing should be controlled
at 0.5mm and should not be used before and after.
 
12. surface: the finished product standard summarized above. Due to the reasons of display,
photo and other reasons, the product may have fine color difference.
