Q1: Why should you buy from us not from other suppliers? A1: We are an experienced manufacturer and have others factory for parts. Q2: Do you accept OEM customer's orders? A2: Yes, we can make the bicycle according to customer's specification, color combination and even logo/design, as well as package request. Q3: I want to order a sample to check the quality A3: We welcome you to order samples to check our quality and actual manufacturing value. Usually, in our factory, it take 4-8 days to get the sample bike ready by our models, after receipt of your full payment.it take 3-4 weeks by your design. But many of our customers start with bulk order with us, which prove greatly successful and both time and fund have been saved. Q4: What's the quality assurance policy? A4: For all the main parts, such us controllers, batteries and motors we have 1 year warranty. Meanwhile we provide technical support and service as long as you need. Q5:How do you control the quality? A5: For all the new models, we do full set of reliability tests before launch to market. After that and before production, we fully inspect all the main part materials such as motor, controller, main PCBA board, etc. During the production, we test eath of the scooter on production line, we do OQC fully test for each one before packing. Q6: What is your minimum order quatity? A6: Usually, for an OEM order direct from our factory, we request for a normal order by 1×40ft HQ container to start. The models and colors can be mixed bicycle and tricycle in this container. Usually, We can also accept LCL, there is no MOQ requirement.
