For non-man-made damage and failure, after-sales service is provided in accordance with the following terms:

① The whole vehicle is guaranteed for one year except batteries and consumables.

② Battery warranty for six months;

1.用户未按照"使用说明书"的规定使用,保养及调整造成的故障.

2.用户自行改装,拆修造成的损坏以及不遵守使用规定而引起的故障.

3.用户保管不当或意外事故造成的故障.

4.无保修卡,发票或票卡物不符.

5. Appearance damage after use is not covered by the warranty

6. Self dismantling damaged parts outside the scope specified in the user manual

7. Damage caused by riding in the rain for a long time and soaking in water

Before leaving the factory, this machine undergoes a 1.5-kilometer live road test, so there may be slight scratches on the body and a small amount of dust on the tires, all of which are normal phenomena. Please be informed!
