②.Contact customer service and send order information to customer service
③.Ask the seller to email and send your pictures（pixels better than 1920x1080 so that the printed pictures will be clear）
④.After receiving the picture, we will help you adjust the size of the picture and tell you the actual size and proportion of the printed picture.
⑤.When the payment is confirmed, we will make the mousepad for you.

2. About the Color of Mouse Pad:

The computer displays the RGB colors displayed by the transistors, while the printing is composed of CMYK four-color ink dots, and the imaging is fundamentally different. Moreover, different monitors, picture tubes, LCD screen manufacturers, RGB color adjustments in the monitor menu, etc. are not the same. Therefore, it is not realistic to require the color of printed matter with the color of the display. Of course, the color displayed on the monitor can be used for reference, and the color of the printed matter can be close to more than 85% of the displayed color (the color error of about 15% is within the acceptable range). If you cannot accept this slight color difference, please do not buy.

3. About the Smell of Mouse Pad:

After Heating the Machine during the Production Process, Rubber and Ink Will Be Immediate Packing.This Will Store Some Rubber Smell, but Please Rest Assured That If You Put It in a Well-Ventilated Place, the Smell Will Disappear.
