OTDR with Filter for both sides, It could filter wavelength 1490nm and below, and 1577nm and above.
For ACTIVE FIBER and Live Testing, it cannot work for the fiber with 1550nm wavelength.
Easily to say, OK to test ACTIVE/LIVE Fiber for Telecom. Cannot use for CATV with 1550nm wavelength.
