FQA 1, why i can not input the right letters?
you need to set your device's(smart tv/android box,ect)physical keyboard layout match with the keyboard. after finished setting physical keyboard layout,you can press "ctrl+space" to change the keyboard input language.
for eample h96 max android box:
firstly, connect usb receiver to the h96 max,turn on keyboard
Secondly, clink settings-Device preferences---more settings---System---Languages & input---Physical keyboard---2.4G Composite Device---SET UP KEYBOARD LAYOUTS---russian/french/spanish/Portuguese/English
PS:French customsers can install AZERTY app to your device directly on web or goolge play.
Notice:there are many android tv boxes/ smart tvs in the world, the detail setting physical keyboard steps needs to ask your device supplier, if you set your device physcial keyboard layouts and supports third party physical keyboard,it 100% works.
FAQ 2, why has no backlit?
a,"Fn"+"F2" to open 3 types backlight
b, "FN"+"F2" open backlight model,and then press "Fn", swipe left and right with your fingers Touch the lower part of the touchpad, it can switch 7 types backlit.
FAQ 3, why back key "ESC" can not work on android box or smart tv?
why some keys can not work fine?
A, when it is using with computer,ESC is the back key.
B, when it is using with TV or android device,Right mouse key and the Home key beside the touchpad is the back key.
FQA 4, why can not charge?
lithium battery, only can use slow charger to charge,It can not use fast charge,it can charge by computer usb port!!! now most of the telphone chargers
are fast chargers,fast charger can not work!!!
FAQ 5, How to do if the USB disconnect ?
solutions 1 ： sometime when you connect usb to device,An unrecognized error message appears, you just need to take it out,and connect it again, then it will work.
solutions 2: Keep the keyboard on all the time.
a, take usb out, b, press fn+f1 5 seconds. c, connect usb to the same usb port again (keyboard and usb distance not over 1mm), it will repair again.

each backlit keyboard has 7 types backlight.

4,how to repair the USB receiver?
Answer: insert usb to computer usb port, The distance between the USB receiver and the keyboard cannot exceed 1 cm，pressing FN+F1 3 seconds.the yellow light not flash means connected.
5,How to adjust the cursor speed ?
Answer: Pressing FN+Speace to speed up and down.
