Function:

For BMW vehicles, intake manifold gasket seals often fail by losing their fixing screws and/or the upper part of the spindle. If this goes unchecked, the remaining swirl flaps can completely fall into the engine, resulting in severe damage. By simply removing the swirl flaps, this issue can be easily corrected.



Feature:

The material of the end caps is the same as of the intake manifold, additionally reinforced with glass fibre. Hardness and durability comparable to that of aluminum.

Lack of differences in the thermal expansion between the manifold and the end caps.

Viton O-Ring and Manifold gaskets resistant to engine oils, and high and low temperature.

Designed to withstand oil, high temperatures, and low temperatures. They provide a reliable seal and prevent any oil leaks or temperature-related issues.

Easy to install. Swap directly with your existing vortex flaps, simply plug in and bolt.
