Precautions:

1. Do not immerse the frozen storage tube in liquid gas (such as liquid nitrogen). The frozen storage tube immersed in liquid phase may leak. When this kind of frozen tube returns to room temperature, the pressure may increase rapidly and the harmful or biohazardous materials contained in the frozen tube and its cover may be released during the discharge of pressurized gas. Cryopreservation tubes can only be kept in the gas phase above liquefied gas.

2. Please refer to the calibration of the tube body when storing the sample, and the storage amount should not exceed the highest calibration line of the tube body.
