A: Before recording .You need insert a memory card.it support 16GB-128Gb MAX . OR..If you only want to record video onyour computer, you don't need to install a Micro SD card.Recording time About : 16Gb :2-3days32Gb :4-6days 64Gb:14-16days

Q: Why camera can not read the new SD CARD?

A: SD Card can be formated on the Computer to FAT 32 format (suggest use a partition assistant) , after that plug
the sd card and power on camera.

A : RTSP connection is secondary stream video.
