Q: How to connect the console in the initial use?

A:NO! This controller game supports 2.4G connection. If you want it to play games on your phone, please make sure your phone supports OTG!

Q: How do I check if the handle is normal?

Q:Why the gamepad is can't connect with my phone ?

A:First ,please make sure you opened the OTG function of your phone ,second,please check the andriod version,because our controller is can't compatible with Android 10 and above.

Q: Why I only received a controller and receiver, no controller holder and OTG adapter?

A:First, please confirm that you have bought with the controller holder and OTG adapter version in your order, because the controller holder and OTG adapter is optional, not all orders have it.Then, if you already confirm the order, you already buy the controller holder and OTG adapters, but we not send it to you, please contact our customer service, we will resend or refund you.
