180KG U Bracket
If your door is frameless glass door, then will need a U bracket
U bracket: 180*39*29mm
180KG L Bracket
Look at the door from the indoor, if the door is flat or the door to door frame is less than 3cm, you need to add the L bracket.
L bracket: 168*39*24mm
180KG ZL Bracket
If your door is open from indoor, then need to add the ZL bracket.
L bracket: 168*39*24mm
Z bracket: 139*6*36mm
Install Figure 1
1. Put the dowel pin into the suction plate.
2. Put the bonded washer.
3. The bonded washer make suction stronger.
4. Remove the hanging plate.
5. Fixed hanging plate.
6. Using the spanner and inner hexagon screws to fix the plate on the lock body.
7. Close the door to test the pulling force, can add or delete the bonded washer to adjust the adsorption
surface of plate between with the lock body.
8. Tighten the tamper screws.
Install Figure 2
For in-swing door, install the lock body inside and then need to install the ZL bracket at the same time.
Discharge the mounting plate from lock body.
Fix the L bracket on the door frame and then fix the lock body on the L bracket.
Assemble the Z bracket and then fix it on the door frame.
Fix the armature plate on the Z bracket.
